My Steamworks Dashboard is a mobile application that allows Steam developers to:

• Receive notifications about sales performance
• Access advanced analytics with Premium subscription
• Monitor revenue and sales trends

3. User Requirements

To use this app, you must:

• Be 18 years or older
• Have a valid Steam Partner account
• Possess a valid Steam API key
• Comply with Steam's terms of service
• Use the app only for lawful purposes

4. Subscription Terms

4.1 Premium Subscription

• Title: Premium Monthly Subscription
• Duration: 1 month (auto-renewable)
• Price: As displayed in the App Store (varies by region)
• Free Trial: 7-day free trial for new subscribers

4.2 Auto-Renewal

• Subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• Auto-renewal may be turned off by going to Account Settings after purchase

4.3 Cancellation

• You can cancel your subscription anytime through App Store > Account > Subscriptions
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds for partial periods
• Premium features remain available until the end of the paid period

4.4 Premium Features

• Unlimited API calls
• Advanced analytics and reports
• Data export capabilities
• Priority customer support
• Ad-free experience

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any laws or regulations
• Share your Steam API key with others

6. Steam API Usage

• You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining your Steam API key
• Your API key is stored locally on your device
• You must comply with Steam's API terms and conditions
• We are not responsible for Steam API limitations or changes

• You may not copy, modify, or distribute the app
• Steam data belongs to you and Valve Corporation

9. Notifications

• Additional terms from Apple App Store may apply
• Apple is not responsible for the app or support
• In case of conflict, Apple's terms prevail regarding App Store usage

13. Updates and Changes

• We may update the app and these terms at any time
• Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes
• We will notify users of significant changes through the app
• Some updates may require re-acceptance of terms

14. Termination

We may terminate your access if you:

• Violate these terms
• Use the app illegally
• Fail to pay subscription fees
• Engage in prohibited activities

15. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Turkey. Any disputes will be resolved in Turkish courts.
